Returns, Changes, Cancellations

As a store we respect very much your right to return a product or request a change. For this reason, you can request without stating the reason for returning the product within 14 calendar days from the date you received it. In this case you will be charged the return cost by the delivery company.

Product returns are only accepted if:

  • They are in the same condition in which you received them – without being worn and in their original packaging with the legal document (receipt or invoice)
  • There has already been a communication with us via the phone or email or through our chat.

After the return of the product, regardless of the reason, there is no refund but only exchange with another product of your choice.

Returns of Defective Products

If the product you received is defective, please contact us as soon as possible. Our products are made with great care and this would be an extremely rare case. If the product is found to be defective, we are committed to free repair, return and replacement.

We recommend that you check the products immediately upon receipt for any damage from the delivery company or during their construction.
